Who is responsible VeloraWell is responsible for your personal data (the controller). Contact: velorawell@mail.scale1.app.

What we collect The contact, delivery and order details you give us at checkout or when you contact us (name, email, phone if given, addresses, order contents and history), payment status, and basic technical data such as your IP address and browser. Card details are handled by our payment provider; we never see your full card number.

Why we use it To process, deliver and support your order (contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); to keep tax and accounting records (legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR); to prevent fraud and keep the store secure (legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); and to send you marketing emails if you signed up or, if you bought from us, about similar products unless you object. You can unsubscribe anytime with the link in every email.

Who we share it with Our e-commerce platform provider, which hosts this store and processes data for us under a data processing agreement; our payment provider Stripe; our fulfilment partner in the US and the carriers who pack and deliver your order; and our email provider. We never sell your personal data.

International transfers Some of these providers are located outside the EU/EEA, for example in the United States. Such transfers are protected by an adequacy decision (such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Cookies This store uses storage it needs to work, such as remembering your cart, and counts visits with a random identifier that doesn't identify you. Advertising and measurement tags run only with your consent where the law requires it, and you can change your choice anytime through the cookie notice.

How long we keep it Order records as long as tax and accounting laws require (usually up to 10 years); other data only as long as needed for the purposes above.

Your rights You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, receive a copy, restrict or object to its use (including marketing, at any time) and withdraw consent. Email velorawell@mail.scale1.app. You can also complain to a data protection authority. Residents of US states with privacy laws can use their rights the same way.
