Terms of sale for VeloraWell

Scope These terms apply to all orders placed in this store. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live also apply.

Your order and the contract Product pages are an invitation to order. By clicking the payment button at checkout you place a binding order. The contract is concluded when we accept your order, at the latest when your payment is accepted and we email you the order confirmation, which contains the order details and these terms. The contract language is the language of this store.

Prices and payment Prices include VAT or sales tax where it applies, unless checkout shows otherwise. Shipping costs and any taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see your full card number.

Delivery The countries we deliver to, delivery times, costs and customs information are on our Shipping & Returns page.

Subscriptions If you choose a subscription, we charge the price shown at checkout at the interval you chose until you cancel. You can cancel anytime before the next charge with the link in your emails or by contacting us.

Withdrawal and returns See our Shipping & Returns page. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.

Faulty goods If a product is faulty or not as described, you have the legal rights of a buyer (in the EU, the legal guarantee lasts at least two years from delivery). Contact velorawell@mail.scale1.app and we'll replace it or refund you.

Liability We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and where mandatory law such as product liability law applies. Otherwise our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Product use Follow the product label and directions, including all warnings. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Disputes and applicable law Please contact us first at velorawell@mail.scale1.app so we can resolve any issue quickly. We do not take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. The law of the seller's country applies; if you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live.
